Jamshedpur, March 25: Fire broke out in the general office of Cable Company in Golmuri early Monday morning.
No casualty was reported in the incident. Several documents kept in three rooms were reduced to ash. Four fire tenders doused the fire after hours of struggle.
Sources said the fire broke out aound 5.30 am. Local residents and commuters noticed flames emanating from the office premises. They soon informed the fire station.
Local police reached the scene and began a probe into the incident. They said the fire could be the result of a conspiracy and it could be an effort to burn old documents of the company.
