Eye on Castle as Jamshedpur FC look to keep up momentum against injury stricken Hyderabad

23,000 tickets sold for second match of the season at Furnace

Jamshedpur, Oct 29:Hosts Jamshedpur FC will look to continue their winning momentum intact when they face Hyderabad FC in Indian Super League (ISL) clash at the JRD Tata Sports Complex here on Tuesday. All eyes will be on Castel who has already made an impression in the opening game. Spaniard scored the winning goal as the Tata Steel owned franchisee began their third ISL season on a winning note against Odisha FC.

With Bikash Jairu being unavailable for this fixture due to his suspension against Odisha FC, star striker CK Vineeth, might get the nod for his JFC debut appearance.

Spaniards Sergio Castel, Piti, Noe Acosta and Aitor Monrory have proven to be lethal as seen in the opening fixture against Odisha FC on October 22.

Jamshedpur FC are currently placed third, while our visitors are at the bottom on the ISL points table.

Head coach Antonio Iriondo had to adjust his tactics after Bikash Jairus red card and wait for their opportunities. However, against Hyderabad FC, they will look to control proceedings from the opening whistle.
Piti, the experienced 38-year-old, will don the role of a playmaker and set the tempo for the team from the middle of the park.

The visitors, playing their debut season, come into the match on the back of a 0-5 drubbing at the hands of ATK.
Hyderabad FC on the other hand, had a debut to forget against ATK. It was an underwhelming performance in Kolkata as several of their star players such as Marcelinho, Marko Stankovic and Giles Barnes failed to fire. The decision to deploy Adil Khan as a defensive midfielder didnt bring any reward either.

Hyderabad has to cope with injuries to key players like Bobo, Giles Barnes, Rafael Gomez and Ashish Rai. In addition, Spanish midfielder Nestor Gordillo is still under suspension which means Browns options are limited.
Jamshedpur will be hopeful of a win against a team that has been plagued with injuries. Hyderabad will look to frustrate the home team and fashion a positive result.

According to Jamshedpur FC sources, the Furnace will be packed with fans as 23,000 tickets have been sold till the eve of the match. The first match on October 22 saw around 22,000 football fanatics cheering for the Men of Steel.
