Jamshedpur: The Election Commission of India, New Delhi, has appointed an Expenditure Observer for the upcoming 2025 by-election of the 45-Ghatshila (ST) Assembly Constituency in East Singhbhum district.
According to an official release from the District Election Office, Dilip Kumar Rathod has been designated as the Expenditure Observer to oversee election expenditure-related activities and ensure compliance with the Election Commission’s guidelines.
Rathod will be available for meetings and interactions with citizens and political representatives at Room No. 03, Director Bungalow (DB), Maubhandar, Ghatshila. Citizens and voters can also share any election-related information, complaints, or reports of irregularities directly with him on mobile number 9296042930.
The District Election Officer has urged all residents of the Ghatshila Assembly constituency to actively cooperate in maintaining transparency and fairness in the electoral process by promptly reporting any violation of the Model Code of Conduct or suspicious expenditure activities.
