Jamshedpur : Spectra, an inter-school fest hosted by Sacred Heart Convent kicked off amidst enthusiasm. Students from class VI to class XII are participating in it.
The students will get an opportunity to showcase talent in fields of safety, environment, computer science, science and mathematics.
More than 700 students are participating in the fest. Sister Mridula inaugurated the festival. The school will organise the S.K. Kamala Memorial Inter School Science debate on Thursday, the last day of Spectra.
Events like photography, art, cookery will be organised.
Some of the events organised today are model presentation, photography with various topics for various classes, bio-models, puzzles.
The other event scheduled in the next three days are CD presentation, vegetable carving, science quiz, treasure hunt, street corners, logo making, hat dressing, creative writing, canvas painting, best out of waste, and problem solving.
� The event promises to be bigger and better, and we are confident that we shall be able to touch many more lives and souls, and will successfully kindle the fire of travelling the path less taken in the hearts and minds of the budding talent all across the city,� said a teacher.
