Saraikela, Aug 24: The Jharkhand Legal Services Authority (HALSA) through its district wise subsidiaries DLSA organized an online training session for panel lawyers in the districts of Chaibasa, Deoghar and Saraikela-Kharsawan. The programme was inaugurated by DLSA Secretary Kuldip Mann. The inaugural address was given by JHALSA Executive Chairman, Justice harish Chandra Mishra vide a special video message.
The Chief District and Sessions judge Dhananjay Kumar discussed protection measures against sex offences on minors as represented in the POCSO Act-2012. He also replied to questions put up by the panel lawyers. DLSA Secretary Kuldip Mann said that more such online panel training programmes were on the anvil for these three districts.
