Jamshedpur, March 18: A delegation of the Parents� Association led by its president Umesh Kumar, demanded free gas connections to BPL families.
In this regard a memorandum was submitted to the Deputy Commissioner of East Singhbhum on Friday. Kumar said that BPL families have been denied their rights.
The government must provide free gas connections. He said that the gas agencies are denying the facility and immediate action needs to be taken.
