Jamshedpur, Oct 6: Jharkhand Bangla Bhasha Morcha president Jayanto Dey led a delegation to the Deputy Commissioners office urging for permission to engage Dhakis (traditional Durga Puja drummers) and offering Bhog to the Goddess. He said that Bhog or Maha Prasad would only be offered to the Goddess for consecration but not distributed publicly. The other members of the Jharkhand Bangla Bhasha Morcha comprised Somnath Chakraborty, Samiran Ghosh Dastidar, Surajit Dutta, Rabindra Sao, Subrato Jyotish, Somnath Mahto and S Chatterjee.
