The girl, named Duli Hembrom, is a Class 9 student at Milan Mithi Uchha Vidyalaya in Gudabanda.
She wrote the letter to her school as a last resort after failing to convince her parents to stop her marriage.
The girl, worried about her future education, has alluded to the oath that each pupil takes during the time of admission, and appealed to the school administration to save her from becoming a child bride.
