Jamshedpur, April 5: With election round the corner DC, Dr Amitabh Kaushal along with Super Zonal Officer cum DCLR, Surendra Kumar, SDO Ghatshila Girija Shankar Prasad, BDO Baharagora Gyanmani Ekka and CO Baharagora Jaywanti Devgam visited the booths of Baharagora(44) and Ghatshila(45) Assembly Constituency and took stock of the preparation of conducting the election there.
He conducted the physical verification of Baharagora and Chakulia Block under Baharagora Assembly Constituency and Dhalbhumgarh under Ghatshila Assembly Constituency.
DC with his team did physical verification of clusters and polling stations including Jhanjiya, Khandamauda and Parulia Middle School under Badsol Police Station.
Girls Middle School Baharagora under Baharagora PS, Pitajudi Middle and Kerukocha High School under Shyamsunderpur PS while the team also visited Narsinghar and Kokpada High School under Dhalbhumgarh Police Station.
DC visited and inquired into the arrangements at booths as per the guidelines issued by ECI.
