DC Directed all BDOs to produce the certificates of cent percent expenditure of the allotted amount for toilet construction till 26th August 2016-17.
The lack of certificates of expenditure, the fund is not being released to the state under swachha Bharat Mission.
DC further directed that all the block coordinators should complete at least 10 toilets everyday and if three hundred toilets are not completed in a month the salary will be deducted as penalty.
DC said that crore of rupees expenditure certificates are pending which should be submitted by 26th August.
Present at the meeting were DDC, ADC, all BDOS , block level officers and block coordinators .
