Gumla : Chief Minister Raghubar Das today announced a financial help of Rs 2 lakh for the Intermediate topper Seema Kumari of Gumla. He said the said amount should be immediately made available to her. Praising the meritorious girl, he said she had set an example by not losing hope despite being an orphan. Seema would one day guide and help many in the society through her education and talent, said the CM.
