Jamshedpur, Sept. 14: Vinodanand Singh, in-charge of Burmamines police station, has been showcaused by DIG Rajiv Ranjan Singh for death of Md Naushad, who allegedly died of police beating. The SIT team is investigating on the order of SSP in charge. The DIG said that the matter is under investigation. If the incharge is found guilty then further action will be taken. Naushad was allegedly involved in the theft case. He died here on 21 August. His wife accused beating police for reason behind his death.
