Ranchi: Former Union minister Subodh Kant Sahay today criticized the Union budget for being �anti-people� and anti-growth.
He said the Finance Minister had made tall claims which were not possible to implement.
He however praised the Narendra Modi government for paving way for further implementation of the plans started by the United Progressive Alliance.
He said the budget carried no new element or the much expected roadmap for development. He said the common people were least likely to benefit much from the budget.
