Ranchi: State spokesperson of Bharatiya Janata Party Mohammad Kamal Khan today alleged that there was no law and order in the state while reacting to the photographs showing a youth being assaulted by goons in Bokaro published in a local daily.
The photographs reportedly show Santosh Pandey, a youth of Alargo village of Bokaro, being beaten allegedly by the men of a politician based in Bokaro.
Jharkhand Mukti Morcha legislator Jagarnath Mahato, his brother and seven others have been booked by Bokaro police for allegedly killing Santosh Pandey.
Several persons have been arrested in this case so far.
