Jamshedpur : Bharatiya Janata Party’s Mahila Morcha celebrated the month of Shravan with the women of Jondragora Tola in Purihasa village on Saturday. Sawan songs were sung on the occasion. The BJP women wing members distributed bangles, bindis and vermillion among the local women.
Mehandi decoration on hands also took place on the occasion. The special guest of the event was the district BJP president Dinesh Kumar who assured to help the villagers in every possible manner. The village head Champai Murmu was also present during the programme.
Among others present on the occasion included Seema Das, Hemlata, Mamata Kapoor, Bari Murmu, Kumkum Dutta, Ram Dulari, Seema Jaisawal and Neela Devi.
