Gamharia : Ramkrishna Forgings Ltd leading company of the industrial sector, organised a meeting with the trade union members.
This year the company agreed to give 20 percent bonus to all workers. Under the agreement between the two sides of the company employees will receive Rs 20 834 minimum and maximum of Rs 37,800.
On the occasion head of the plant AN Chandramouli, HR Manager Manohar Pandey, HR head Rintu Mukherjee along with the union president Jai Narayan Sharma, BLP Singh, general secretary DN Singh, treasurer Surendra Gupta, Dilip Mahato , Dinesh Ram were present.
