Ghatsila: A one day camp was organized in Barajuri under Ghatsila block under the Sansad Adarsh Gram Yojana. The MP of Jamshedpur Bidyut Baran Mahato was present as the chief guest.
Addressing the gathering of villagers, the MP said Barajuri had been selected as an ideal village adopted by him for development purpose.
Mahato said there are seven villages in Barajuri panchayat. A total of 196 plans have been selected for implementation in these villages, he said.
The MP said very soon all the seven villages of the panchayat would get the facilities of drinking water and road. He said village choupals (public meeting) would be conducted by the local administration officials on a regular basis to ensure fast development o these villages.
During the camp, benefits of various government schemes were provided to the villagers.
Also present on the occasion was the MLA of Ghatsila Laxman Tudu, Deputy Commissioner Amit Kumar, DDC Vishwanath Maheshwari and various public representatives.
