Jamshedpur, Nov. 5: A workshop on classroom management was organised at Valley View School, Telco on Saturday, November 5.
The workshop was conducted by Mrs. Soma Banerjee, resource person from Headword Publishing Company.
The teachers were introduced to a variety of techniques which they can use to keep students organized and focused in classroom.
Classroom management is important to the whole education process because teachers can create an ideal learning environment by successfully managing their classroom, teachers can increase student success and create a productive and cooperative learning environment.
The workshop helped the teachers improvise their classroom teaching by making it more interactive and interesting.
