Jamshedpur, June 8: International Vaishya Mahasammelan Jharkhand state unit under ‘Beti Padhao’ provided monetary help to the meritorious student Shaili Kumari, daughter of Jugsali resident Sunita Devi.
The members of the organisation provided bank of Rs 1.39 lakh which was handed over to Shaili Kumari by DC Amit Kumar for his further studies, on Thursday. Present on the occasion were Vaishya Mahasammelan’s Maniklal Sahu, Srikant Dev, Shankar Mittal, Gopal Jaiswal, Rajkumar Shah, Sunita Jaiswal, Jaya Sahu, Pintu Sahu, Rajkishore Sahu and others.
DC Amit Kumar appreciated the efforts of the Vaishya Mahasammelan and asked them to continue doing the noble job. The members of the Mahasammelan wished luck to Shaili Kumari for her future were Shaili and her mother Sunita Devi thanked the organisation.
It may be noted that in January also Vaishya Mahasammelan had provided a bank draft of Rs 1.38 lakh to the Shaili who is pursuing B.Tech in computer science (3rd year) from GITA Bhubaneshwar. Her first year fees was also provided by the Mahasammelan.
The members of the oragnisation said that they will continue to provide financial help to Shaili so that she can continue her studies as she is a meritorius student.
