Jamshedpur, June 19: To commemorate sacrifices made by Rani�Laxmi Bai�a programme titled ‘Balidan Divas’ was organised by Akhil Bhartiya Kshtriya Mahila Mahasabha (Veerangana), Jharkhand unit at Bistupur Club House on Saturday.
On the occasion members of the Mahasbha paid rich tributes to the freedom fighter and organised a one-day Veerangana training program.
National general secretary of Veeranaga Bharti Singh headed the program while chief guest on the occasion was Thakur Chandragupt Singh while guest of honour was Dr. MS Singh Manas along with Rajesh SIngh, Jayprakash Singh, Shivpuja Singh, Rambabu Singh, Dharambeer Singh and others were present.
At the event 24 young Veerangana’s were provided training including Aashika Singh, Nidhi Singh, Barbi Raj, Sweta Singh, Mrinal Singh, Khusbu Singh, July Singh, Anjali Singh, Pashupriya Singh, Anjali Kumari, Ankita, Anamika, Khushi, Anupama, Saloni, Suman, Atulya, Sneha, Supriya, Lavanaya and others.
They were trained about the self secuirity during emergency, career counselling, information about women rights and law.
