Jamshedpur, Aug. 30: SAVE (Society of American Value Engineers), USA conferred on Tata Steel �The Arthur E. Mudge Award for Outstanding Accomplishment in Industry� for the year 2017 during the SAVE Value Summit 2017 at Philadelphia, USA.
The award was presented to �Value Engineering Program Management Using IT to Obtain Results� owned by Tata Steel Limited.
The paper was implemented and authored by Surya Prakash Prabhaker and Arun Kumar, Engineering & Projects.
The second Award by The Lawrence D. Miles Value Foundation titled �Paper of the year Award� was presented to the VE Technical Paper �Electrical and IT Requirements for a Central Warehouse� based on �Function Inspired Change�.
