Swaraj Singh of LFS aces zonal declamation competition


    Jamshedpur, May 3: Little Flower School (LFS) student won the top position in the declamation contest while showing outstanding performance in ASISC Zonal competition 2017 organised by Tagore Academy at Rabindra Bhawan auditorium on May 3.

    According to a press release issued here Wednesday, Swaraj Singh of LFS has been declared the winner of the competition where students of class XI and XII participated.

    The students were given some interesting topics on which they expressed their views. Swaraj Singh along with other students exhibited their oratory skills as they confidently pressed their views on various topics.

    But Swaraj’s hard work and determination kept him ahead of the other participants. He has now qualified for the Regional level which will be held on 27th July 2017 at Bhagalpur.

    ASISC Zonal Declamation competition 2017 saw participation of students from nineteen schools of Jamshedpur including Carmel Junior College, Little Flower School, Tagore Academy, Kerala Samajam Model School, Hill Top School etc.

    Judges of the competition were Dr. Anita Gupta and Dr. DD Pathak. General Secretary of Tagore Society, Ashis Choudhary felicitated the winner.
