Jamshedpur, June 16: Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur organized its 10th general body meeting for 2015-16 at a city hotel on Wednesday.
At the event district chairman Aruna Taneja, past district chairman Lata Raina and other members launched the club�s newsletter ‘Wheel Zeal’ bulletin, which highlights the social initiatives taken by the club in the last one year.
The new committee members for the year 2016-17 was also announced followed by handing over of the baton by the old board to the new board.
The new board of directors for 2016-17 include immediate past president Dr Rita Jha, president Sujata �Sachdev, vice-president Alakananda Bakshi, secretary Mamta Trehan, treasurer Suman Khemka, ISO Shweta Chand and editor Kiran Debuka.
Earlier, Shweta Chand, immediate past Editor of the Club, informed about the history of Inner Wheel Club and how it came into existence and also about the foundation of Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur.
Club president also felicitated the media persons for having given due press coverage of the events organized by the club throughout the year.
Members of the media, club members along with district chairperson Aruna Taneja, past district chairperson Lata Raina, past president Nalini Rammurty, past presidents Anita Rai and Pasam Adesara graced the occasion.
