Sonar Tori organizes cultural fest at Parsudih

Jamshedpur: A colourful cultural programme was organized at Parsudih to mark Children�s Day and Jharkhand�s 17th Establishment Day anniversary on Wednesday.

It was held under the aegis of a local cultural outfit, Sonar Tori. The programme started with the garlanding of a portrait of Swami Vivekananda. A large number of people were present on the occasion.

The chief guest of the programme was Zila Parishad vice president Rajkumar Singh. In his address, the chief guest said that such cultural programmes should be organized regularly to give a platform to children to showcase their talent. He assured to help the outfit in its endeavours in every possible manner.

Among others present at the programme included ward member Manoj Vishwakarma, Tridip Chattoraj, mukhiya Khatri Sirka, Pankaj Sinha, Rajendra Sah Raj and Rajesh Roy.
