Jamshedpur, April 13: As part of Sri Rama Navami celebrations, the South Indian Sri Rama Paduka Ashram, situated at Farm Area, Kadma, organized Ma Sita Kalyanam at its premises on 11th & 12th April 2015.
The event was conducted through Bhajans for Lord Rama and Mata Sita which were performed by the members of Acharya Bhakta Sabha, a local bhajan mandali.� P S Krishna Iyer, Founder of Acharya Bhakta Sabha, Jamshedpur, Arun Mishra, who is trained in all Vedas, V Suresh, S Sharma, Vishwanathan consisted of Acharya Bhakta Sabha recited bhajans eulogizing Lord Rama and Mata Sita.� Students of Bhakta Sabha, Master Sriram, Master Jairam and Master Abhishek also performed on the occasion. �
It may not be out of place to mention the South Indian Sri Rama Paduka Ashram has been performing Ma Sita Kalyanam for many years and this is the 54th one.
V Natarajan, President, Sri Rama Paduka Ashram, S Sriram, Secretary, R V S Mani, Treasurer, were present on the occasion and also enthusiastically participated in the programme.
Hundreds of devotees witnessed the event and were later offered prasad by the committee members of Ashram. �
