Jamshedpur, April 15: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy, who is also the head of Jharkhand Assembly’s General Purpose Committee, will be on a study tour of all seven North Eastern states from 16th April till 30 April. He will also be accompanied by other committee members, Bhanu Pratap Shahi, Mathura Prasad Mahato, Anant Kumar Ojha, Deepaka Pandey Singh and Sudivya Kumar.
