Ghatshila, June 28: A meeting of RTI Karyakarta Sangh was held under the chairmanship of Gopal Lal at Yadunath Baskey Degree College, Musabani.
Central President of RTI Karyakarta Sangh, Dil Bahadur said that RTI (Right to Information) was a fundamental right of citizens and hence should use their RTI provision. The Central General Secretary of the committee, Kritibas Mandal said that responsible people of the society should use the Right to Information Act 2005 as a powerful weapon and there is a need to take the Right to Information Act to the last person of the society. Deputy President of the committee Dinesh Kinu also addressed the meeting.
The Musabani Block Committee of RTI Karyakarta Sangh was constituted during the meeting during which, Mohammad Ghulam (President), Baidhnath Hansda (Vice President), Suklal Mardi (Secretary), ,Kanhaiya Lal Dongo (Joint Secretary) and Gaurav Kranti Guru (Treasurer) were nominated. The executive members nominated were Manoranjan Giri, Deepak Kumar, Sanjay Murmu, Prabhakar Sona, Sanjay Behera, Dhaniram Hansda, Kalicharan Kisku and Deepak Patar. Surai Baskey offered the vote of thanks.
