Jamshedpur, Nov. 4: Rotary club of Jamshedpur East held a prize night at Golmuri club for the interactors who had participated in the Essay writing Competition on the topic “Freedom Struggle of India”. Total of 87 students from 7 city schools took part in the competition and winners were awarded.
The chief guest for the occasion Rotarian Subhajit Chaudhuri, managing director, Tata Pigment Limited, distributed the prizes to the winners.
At the function Rotary club members Dr. Amit Mukherjee, V K Kohli, S B Mukhopadhyay, Madan Bihari, Dr. J Banerjee, D S Chauhan, P M Dutta, Prema Gogna, Dr. Anoop Gupta, Biplab Hore, Kunal Kar, Chanchal Kumar, Monikut Sharma, Dr. Rakesh Singh, S N Thakur, V K Tulsyan, Suresh Golecha and club president Kailash Singhania were present.
This competition was held on the occasion of worldwide Interactors week Celebration of Rotary Club.
