Jamshedpur, Nov 14: Rotary Club of Jamshedpur Femina today celebrated Children�s Day with the students of Somaya School, Mango on Friday.
Members and President spoke about Pandit Jawahar Lal Nehru and his love for children to around 60 children residing at the ashram.
Fete, carnival, picnics and various different functions are carried out in all schools to mark this day which is the birthday of Chacha Nehru, Indis�s first prime Minister.
Many students study in this school and 60 students reside here. Suprabha takes care of the resident children with the help of others.
Members of rotary femina cut the cake and were provided with lunch. Food packets were distributed among children and care takers of the school.
