Reshma, Saumya adjudged best all-rounder at DPS prize nite


    Jamshedpur, April 29: Dayanand Public School (DPS) organized its annual prize nite at the school premises on Thursday. Neeraj Kant, managing director, (ISWPL), was the chief guest for the evening.

    As per the tradition of the school the program started with Gayatri Mantra.

    In his speech, the chief guest emphasized on the changes in the educational pattern and need for parents involvement.

    The principal presented the school report and achievement for the year 2015-16, which was followed by a cultural program that depicted “The Evolution of different dance forms in India.” The program nicely showed the transition of different dance forms from the Vedic age to the modern era.

    Sanapala Reshma and Saumya Sinha were adjudged the best all rounder in the junior and senior sections respectively.

    The management trustees of Jamshedpur Arya Samaj Trust Dr. R. N. Sharma (Chairman), Swarna Mishra (principal), Prem Sagar, Prem Sehgal, Rajendra Sachdev, K. K. Mangal, Devender Chatrath and Rajiv Talwar, teachers and staff of Dayanand Public School and other dignitaries present during the program.
