Jamshedpur, July 24: The Council for Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE) on Saturday announced the results for the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) or class 10 and the Indian School Certificate (ISC) or class 12 exams on its official website.
Like previous years, Jamshedpur students fared well in the class 10 and 12 exam and came out with flying colours.
Talking about Rajendra Vidyalaya, 62 of 164 class 10 students scored 90% and above marks in ICSE. In ISC class 12 Science 44 students scored 90% and above marks.
In ISC class 12 Commerce Stream 18 students scored 90 % and above .
Rakhi Banerjee, Principal of Rajendra Vidyalaya informed that 72 of the 171 students who appeared for the ISC class 12 exam scored 90 % and above marks.
“We are satisfied with the results as this is the second consecutive year that the CISCE board has released the results of ICSE and ISC students on the basis of internal assessment. Due to the second wave of Covid-19 pandemic, it was decided to cancel the ISCE and ISC examinations this year and release the results according to the internal evaluation policy,” Banerjee added.
