Rain fails to dampen spirit of Ganesha devotees

Jamshedpur, September 5: Intermittent rain from the last couple of days has failed to dampen the spirits of the devotees as the Ganesh Puja pandals in Jaduguda are witnessing heavy footfalls.

The Ganesh Chaturthi festival which started on Monday, saw devotees in large numbers worshipping Lord Ganesha and heading towards the replica of Parliament House as Ganesh Puja pandal at Jaduguda chowk, constructed by Shastri Boys Club.

Artists from Bengal have primed the attractive design of the pandal worth Rs 2 lakh.

Girish Singh, President of the Club, said by worshipping Lord Ganesh all the obstacles are detached and we all are praying for peace and development of Jaduguda.
