Nursing students visit Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee office on excursion

Jamshedpur, Aug 30: A group of 25 third year students of Jeevan Jyoti Nursing College visited Jamshedpur Notified Area Committee (JNAC) office on Tuesday and learnt about its various activities.

The students were taken to the JNAC auditorium to attend a workshop where they were informed about various government schemes being run by the state and Central governments for the welfare of citizens.

Special Officer Sanjay Kumar said such workshops would greatly benefit the students by giving them knowledge about government schemes and the working of JNAC.

City Mission Manager Rakesh Anand spoke on formation of self help groups and the way they function.

The students were happy after the visit as they praised the JNAC officials for their efforts and good work.
