Musical tribute to JN Tata


    Jamshedpur, March 5: Bansi Bose musical foundation, Jamshedpur organised Musical Evening ‘Meet The Talent’ to mark the 178th birth anniversary of JN Tata, at Tata Steel Community Centre in Kagalnagar, Sonari on Sunday.

    Chief Guest for the occasion was senior Dr. DP Samadar from TMH while guest of honour was Sudipto Mukherjee who garlanded the portrait of JN Tata which opened the event.

    The music gurus of Jamshedpur presented songs dedicated to the founder of Jamshedpur and through the musical instruments they mesmerized the audience .

    The crowd saw the dedication of the child artists towards the classical music. The venue was packed with the spectators where prominent people of the society were present. At the end the programme, general secretary of the foundation, Subhash Bose extended the vote of thanks.

    All the artists were provided a memento and certificates. To make the event successful, Lila Bose, Subhash Bose, Ashok Das, Pradeep Bhattacharya, Goutam Bose, Dinesh Chandra Mahato, Sachidanand Pal, Anirudh Sen, Madhumita Sarkar and others provided full support.

    Bansi Bose musical foundation is a society in memory of Sitar Maestro Lt. Bansi Bose dedicated for the promotion of Indian Classical Music and Cultural Heritage
