Jamshedpur: The Mega Eye Camp of the Indian Red Cross Society, Jamshedpur chapter, was inaugurated on Saturday by the MP of Jamshedpur Dr Ajay Kumar.
He said the people who were working for the well-being of the poor and needy were real heroes. He said such people were working to improve the quality of life of others.
He said Jamshedpur was a unique city and its people were concerned about the welfare of the poor people. He said doing a good work was easier here as many people supported a good cause.
More than thousand cataract patients were examined during the eye camp.
