Labour Union will not tolerate exploitation: Shailendra Kumar Maity

Chandil, Feb 13:  A meeting of the Jharkhand Labour Union (JLU) was held on Sunday under the chairmanship of Prafulya Singh Munda, the in-charge president of the labor union. JLU Central Committee General Secretary and JMM leader Shailendra Kumar Maity expressed concern on the exploitation unleashed on labourers of Jharkhand and came down heavily on corporate by accusing them of deliberately depriving workers of benefits. Maity stated, “On the other hand, the Labor Department is engaged in under the table collections to keep mum and cast a blind eye. As a result, the already oppressed labour force continues to be exploited by corporate houses in connivance with the Labour Department whose officials’ have well-greased palms.

Jharkhand Labor Union and JMM will never tolerate this conspiracy of the Labor Department.” Dilip Pramanik, Sonu Bagchi, Sudhakar Gope, Suklal Majhi, Bhaiyalal Karmakar, Bharat Singh Munda and others were present in the meeting.
