Jamshedpur: The main gate of Kolhan University will be constructed before the third Graduation ceremony. The construction work will start on 30th October. Sources said the University authorities took the decision to construct the main gate in view of the comment passed by the state education minister wherein she likened the university to a school. This would be the first step to give a grand look to the university. The varsity campus would be developed as a garden. A state-of-the-art administrative building would also be built and the current administrative block would be developed into a vocational centre. The third graduation ceremony of KU is likely to be held on 28th or 29th November this year, sources said.
