Joint Secretary Parmod Tiwary holds Jan Samvad

Ranchi, April 20: Joint secretary Parmod Tiwary held Jan Samvad at Soochana Bhawan on Wednesday. He was reported that after the death of principal of Amrora High School, Garhwa, his son got a job on compensatory ground and the full due amount was transferred to the family by the government.

Late Amrora principal took Rs. 60,000 for making toilet room, but unfortunately neither toilet room could be made nor could the given amount be recovered from his family.

Tiwary said that aforesaid matter should be investigated and a show-cause notice should be issued to the responsible officers for professional misconduct. Tiwary directed the nodal officer to investigate all schools where such things might have happened. Moreover, he said that every likewise matter should be investigated so that action could be ensured.

Regarding submitting fake certificate and irregularities in mid day meal by Savithri Devi, secretary, Upgraded Primary School, Nimadih, Tiwary directed that the nodal officer should suspend alleged Savitri Devi within a week for submitting fake certificate and maintaining irregularities in mid day meal.

On being reported about the indifference of DSE, he said to the nodal officer to fill up form ‘K’ and send report to CM secretariat with suspension recommendation.

On water crisis in Pakur district, Tiwary said that the assistant engineer Binod Kumar Prasad should ensure water supply and report him by evening today. Regarding irregularity in online tender of Small Irrigation Department, Dumka, the joint secretary was informed that the officers don’t know the central government schemes and the already running schemes which made him cross.

Apart from this, many other complaints were brought to his notice which he sorted out and gave direction.
