Gamharia, March 15: Pindrabera resident in Gamharia Block, Anil Lohra won the gold medal In the 42nd Senior National Archery Competition held at Gujarat. His achievement added sheen to the achievements of entire Jharkhand and its people. The glittering list did not stop there. Archers Sameer Behra of Kharsawan and Mohit Kumar also earned gold in the team event at the Archert nationals while Sunil Mahto bagged a bronze medal in the same event. On his return from Gujarat, gold medalist Anil Lohra was accorded a grand ovation by enthusiasts led by BJP Block President (ST Morcha), Babulal Mardi in a programme organized at Gamharia Durga Puja Maidan. Archery Instructor Shiv Kumar Kumbhakar was also honoured at the event. Ramesh Hansda, Ajit Singh, Rashmi Sahu, Vivek Kumar, Babu Mishra, Manju Singh, Anshu Kumar, Amarjeet Singh, Sunil Singh and Mantu Kumar were also present at the event.
