Jamshedpur: Horticulture Society Jamshedpur is organizing 4th Bonsai Fest on 15th Oct’ 17 (Sunday) at Tube Makers Club. The Workshop will be conducted by a Professional Expert from Kolkata and hands-on session is included as part of the workshop.
There will be two sessions – the morning session is for individual hobbyists and the afternoon session is for nominations from Corporates and Institutes and Life Time members of Society.
This bonsai workshop has been one of the most awaited and important events of the Horticultural Society Jamshedpur which attracts huge participation from all over the city.
To make the event attractive for citizens of Jamshedpur, the society is also organizing for exhibition and sale of indoor Plants, Bonsai, tools and tackles that are required for gardening, and is open for all citizens of Jamshedpur.
Agrico Division will also be participating. They will display and arrange for sale of their exclusive Garden related tools.
This is the first time that an event of Horticulture Society Jamshedpur is being organized in the Eastern Part of Jamshedpur with objective to specially connect with people living in that part of the township. This will bring awareness about right way of nurturing Bonsai and indoor decoration with plants.
Chief Guest of Inaugural Function will be Mr SK Gupta, IFS, Regional Chief Conservator of Forest Jamshedpur and Chief Guest for valedictory function will be D. Venkateswarlu, I F S Conservator of Forest Territorial Circle, Jamshedpur. Subodh Pandey, Executive In charge, Tubes Division will be the Guest of Honour.
