Jamshedpur, September 12: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy feels that state government should come forward to protect interest of closed Incab employees.

Golmuri based Incab Industries Limited  was shut down in the year 2000 and matter for revival is pending in the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)

“I spoke with the employees. There is uncertainty if the company will open or not. There was a consensus that the state government should get their dues to the employees. Saryu Rai said that now I will try to get their rights from the Jharkhand government,” said Roy.

Incab  company has 800 employees, who have an outstanding of Rs 300 crore. Saryu Rai said that the state government had given 177 acres of land for the company. Even if the company is auctioned, the land will remain with the government. The government should give the land on lease or give it to the employees because now the employees are not going to get anything from the case-litigation.
