Jamshedpur: Meritorious students felicitated, Saryu lauds young talent Jamshedpur


Jamshedpur, Aug 18: Jamshedpur East MLA Saryu Roy on Wednesday said that the students who make their place on the basis of strength and hard work, they create a different identity in the world, they create history. He was addressing the students and their parents in the ‘Pratibha Samman’ programme organised by All India Sikh Students Federation at Sakchi Gurdwara Sahib complex.
On the occasion, Sikh children who scored 80 per cent and above in ICSE and CBSE were honored with medals and certificates. Earlier, the MLA was welcomed by Federation President Satnam Singh Gambhir and Baljit Singh Sansoa.
The children were honored included Harman Singh, Ramanjot Singh, Sarabjit Singh, Yuvraj Singh, Ekas Hansraj, Reet Kaur Arora, Kirat Singh Bhullar, Jagpreet Singh Sandhu, Priyam Pahwa, Onkar Singh, Gurpreet Singh, Inderdeep Singh, Banit Singh, Guneet Kaur Bhatia, Harleen Kaur, Amardeep Singh, Kawanjot Kaur Rikhraj, Harshdeep Singh, Jasrajpal Singh, Aastha Jaggi, Manjot Kaur Gandhi, Navjot Singh, Sarandeep Kaur, Tejwant Singh Bedi, Jasneet Kaur Rekhi Jasmeet Kaur Ratan, Simran Gambhir, Harshpreet Kaur and Tarnpreet Kaur . 
The organizer of the event, Satnam Singh Gambhir said that education must be respected and the Federation will continue to respect the students. Baljit Sansoa said that respect and encouragement of talented children is very important. Inder Singh Inder and Amarjit Singh Bhamra said that students should compete with themselves, this spirit can give them success. The head of Sakchi Gurdwara Harvinder Singh Mantu congratulated the entire Federation team.
