Jamshedpur, May 19: One Sagar Kumar was hurt after being allegedly attacked by his father-in-law in Chhayanagar under Sitaramdera police station area on Thursday, police said.
Sagar was taken to MGM Hospital where doctors treated him for wounds on the neck.
The accused attacked Sagar with a barber’s knife after being enraged over the fact that the latter had married his second daughter despite being already married to his first daughter. Sagar started living with his two wives, which displeased his father-in-law, cops said.
Sagar had a heated argument with his father-in-law after which he was knived by him, police said.
