Jamshedpur, April 18: City girl, Aparajita Apra has penned a book of poetry based on her experiences during the lockdown. She has published a book titled ‘Flavors of Feelings’. The book has been published by Notion Press.
This collection of poems have been released over worldwide platforms and available at Amazon, Flipkart, Notion Press, Amazon Kindle, Google play store etc. The book is a collection of poems, which is a narrative story telling set in different timeline and situations. Her next book ‘Shades of life’ is also in the pipeline. The book is a subtle reflection of emotions and feelings venturing human relationships and feelings keeping the readers interested.
Born in Jamshedpur, Aparajita had always been a different girl. She used to flip through leading magazines when she was a kid. She is a multidimensional and multi talented person with varied areas of interest. At a very young age she started a company, Faststep, that is involved in event management and is also a lifestyle-based organisation. She has always believed in expanding her horizons and not limiting oneself. Currently, she is pursuing her master’s degree from Amity University. She has been brought up in Gomia where she did her schooling from Pitts Modern School, Gomia.
During lockdown besides managing several events from home she wrote a number of poems which has taken the shape of the book. “ I have been penning by thoughts in the form of poems and after a year of hard work I decided to get it published,” said Aparajita.
By the time she was in class V she got into writing stories and poems. She was awarded a prize for her poem published in a school magazine.
In class IX she won a prize in CBSE zonal competition. She is a voracious reader but her choice is more on the intellect side and so are the authors. She is a multidimensional and multi-talented person with varied areas of interest. At a very young age she started a company ‘ Fast Step’ involved in event management activities. At present she is pursuing her studies in Mass Communication from Amity, Kolkata. She wishes to pursue masters and doctorate in future. However she will continue to pursue her passion for writing which has always remained her first love.
