Jamshedpur, June 28: In celebration of Amrit Mahotsav, Marwari Yuva Manch, steel city branch (MYMSC) organised third voluntary blood donation camp on Tuesday, June 28 at Shri Mahalakshmi Dadi Mandir in Sakchi. Total of 69 units of blood was collected during the camp. At the camp Jayant Bhuiyan donated blood for the 114th time and 18 people including 8 women donated for the very first time. The blood donors were felicitated and urged to donate blood on a regular basis.
Nandkishore Agarwal, Ajay Chetani, Arun Gupta, Bharat Agarwal and Sanjay Choudhary were present and boosted the morale of the blood donors. The blood donation camp organized by MYMSC branch is the third such project for the period 2022-’23.
MYMSC branch President Sarthak Agarwal informed that 12 blood donation camps will be organised in 12 months. Executive Secretary Anand Agarwal said that MYMSC branch was recently felicitated for maximum blood donations, during a program at Project Bhawan.
MYMSC branch’s blood donation coordinator Pankaj Munka and co-convener Ajit Shah stated that people of Jamshedpur have a different enthusiasm towards blood donation and our city is blessed where people are aware of blood donation.
