Jamshedpur: Members of Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur and Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur West spent quality time with inmates of ‘Aashirwaad’ Old age home to spread happiness and also listened to the stories of their young days and their experiences of life. It was a great learning for all the members.
Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur gifted Rice grains, Pulses, Sugar, Sattu and other eatables for consumption over a period of time. Candles and Vaseline boxes were gifted to the inmates as Diwali gifts.
Inner Wheel Club of Jamshedpur West gifted Soaps and Towels to everyone as part of festival.
Presidents of both the Clubs Alakananda Bakshi and Kalpana Choudhury were present along with members Nibha Mishra, Tarulata Ranpara, Neelakshi Jaiswal, Malati Singh, Ameeta Sinha, Purabi Ghosh, Mousumi Roy, Poonam Jha, Poonam Khemka, Puja, Neelam and Sarita.
It was a small effort from both the Clubs to bring smile in the faces of elders, who spend their lives away from near and dear ones, said the Clubs presidents.
