Jamshedpur, Jan 17 : As per the instructions issued by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Govind Vidyalaya in Tamulia organized several activities including poster making and essay writing amongst students. The events were organized between January 11 and 17. The programmes were conducted under the ‘Swachhta Pakhwara – 2023’ campaign.
Tuesday was the concluding day of the programme and the students took out a rally with slogans written on posters and placards made by them. The rally, propagating road safety, was flagged off jointly by the school’s Secretary Abhishek Sharma, Administrator Krishna Modak and Vice Principal Anita Nandy.
The rally was led by Activity In-charge Naushad Razia , Sports In-charge Mahendra Rautia and Gokul Anand Mishra along with teachers Sanjeev Kumar, Ranjan Roy, Rita Ghosh, Madhuri Kumari, Vinodini Nayak , Sneha Sharma and the Students Representative. The rally aimed at sensitizing the people across the state about various road safety principles that would enable people to prevent road accidents.
