Jamshedpur : Enthusiasm is ruling XLerate India’s national level sports, leadership and cultural fest organised by XLRI, Jamshedpur exclusively for the 1 year MBA programs in India.

Started in 2014, XLerate aims to serve as a connecting platform for all the students of one year MBA programs and to unleash the camaraderie among them. The three-day event kicked-off on Friday.

Last year XLRI brought in a plethora of talent from the top B-Schools in India competing in the sports, leadership and cultural events.

The students walked away with lot of trophies, experiences and memories. This year the stakes and bars have been raised for the students to meet in this friendly battle field of XLerate 2015.

One year MBA students from participating institutes IIM-A, B, C, SP Jain- Mumbai, XIM-Bhubaneshwar, Great Lakes- Chennai would be competing for glory this year. The event schedule is attached which includes Sports, Leadership, and Cultural events spread over three days.

Events like � Cricket, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis, Badminton, Table Tennis, Chess, Carrom, Tug of War and Athletics are being organised.

�XLerate promises to be a yearly meeting ground for executives pursuing 1 year MBAs that would showcase their talent at the highest level. The meet would put the managerial acumen and strategic skills of future leaders to test on the sporting field as against the boardroom,� an official of XLRI.

XLRI is a premier, private management institute in India founded in 1949 by Fr Quinn Enright, S.J. in the Steel city of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand. Over the last six decades, XLRI has helped shape responsible business leaders who serve organizations of repute across the globe.
