FJCCI meet hosted in Chaibasa

Chaibasa, Oct 31: Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce and Industries meet was hosted by Chambers of commerce Chaibasa at Newatia Guest house on Saturday.

The team of federation led by federation president Pawan Sharma was welcomed by chamber of commerce chairman Lalit Sharma . The federation discussed seven issues related to West Singhbhum district including the renewal of lease which is pending since 1995, reopening of closed 21 mines in the district, less number of passenger train in West Singhbhum district despite being the highest revenue payee to the Railways.

In addition, they expressed dissatisfaction over the fact that Chaibasa did not have any traffic police despite being a commission headquarter, bottlenecks in providing 200 -500 acers of land for industrial park as per the declaration of the government in 2001, illegally imposed no entry on national highway for last the 7 years,
The timber sale is not done by forest department of West Singhbhum district for last two years.

The federation president Pawan Sharma took note of all these issued and assured the chambers of commerce to take up the matter with government and sort out the problem. Federation president Pawan Sharma has categorically denied that there was any split in chambers of commerce in Chaibasa .

Sharma asserted that the chambers of commerce in Jharkahnd is united and said that the members of the federation vow to maintain the unity of the chambers.

Those present among at the meeting included regional vice=president Nand Kishore Agrawal, secretary Vinay kumar , joint secretary Ananda Goel, treasurer Ranjit Kumar R D Singh, Arun Khemka, Kishore Mantri, Praveen Jain, chamber founder Anup Sultania and a large number of executive members of Chabasa Chambers of commerce .
