ED action limited to media publicity, should be made public: Jharkhand CM Hemant Soren

CM meets ailing ex-Bihar minister Yadunath Baske in Ghatsila

Ranchi, May 26: Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Thursday raised questions on the ongoing raids by Enforcement Directorate (ED) in connection with public money laundering act (PMLA) cases in Jharkhand and other states. He asked the reason for not making public the action taken by the ED against corrupt people. He alleged that the ED action was only limited to the media.

“I have not heard of any press briefing by the ED. Their action is only seen in the Press. Do the journalists know as to what is the action taken by the ED?
